"manipulation of the process through which science enters into its decisions"...

 

The administration proposes to truck radioactive waste from 44 states, through the nation's highways, to be buried 100 miles north of Las Vegas at Yucca Mountain...  and proposes to build 1,000 new nuclear power plants.
